The franchise company of Ray White Real Estate – North Quays initially commenced trading in April 1991 as part of the Peet and Company Group.

From the beginning the North Quays Office has developed a professional team of residential sales consultants, together with one of the largest rental portfolios in the northern suburbs.

The Ray White Real Estate Group of Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong and Indonesia which was founded in Queensland in 1905, acquired both residential groups of Peet and Co and Mair and Co in September 1993.

This brought to Western Australia and our North Quays office an added dimension in Real Estate through advanced methods of staff training in all facets of the profession.

Ray White North Quays offers a highly motivated team for Property Sales and Assett Management both supported by a dedicated administrative team. This enables our company to offer a full range of associated services which includes: individually tailored marketing programmes for Private Treaty sales; high impact Auction packages designed to fast track today’s marketplace; experienced Assett Managers controlling a growing portfolio of 250 plus properties and access to professionals who can provide information in relation to Investments, Financial Services and Property Settlements.

Our North Quays office is consistently among the Ray White Group leaders in relation to marketing and sales results.

At Ray White North Quays we believe in providing the highest standard of customer service to our clients and our guarantee is to always strive to conduct our business to the highest levels of reassurance for those that entrust us with probably their most precious asset.

We look forward to welcoming you to our family.
