49 Knowles Street BALCATTA, WA 6021

This 70's home has good strong bones but needs some TLC.
Been watching "The Block"? Get excited about a reno and transform this brick and tile home.
Restore or renovate this home, that was originally a 3 bedder. We have been told by the owner that jarrah floor boards are hidden under the carpet, which could be an outstanding feature.
The block is 729 sqm and you can see that the gardens were once beautiful with roses to the front of the property. It won't take much work to bring the gardens back to an impressive condition.
This home is being sold "As Is".
