BRIEF OVERVIEW OF OUR SERVICES:

Ray White North Quays will complete the following when signing an Exclusive Managing Authority with a Client.

1.Prepare a property condition report

2.Source & check suitable tenants

3. Prepare and implement formal agreed lease

4.Initial inspection of property within 6 weeks

5.Quartlerley property inspections

6.Maintain your property in all aspects to prescribed limit over which seek your authority.

7.Monthly statements & payment

8.Proactively organise emergency maintenance as neccesary & make every effort to contact you.

9.Lawns & gardens are the responsibility of the tenant unless otherwise in lease. You may wish to contribute to assure your investment performs.

10.Annual statement summarising fees available at the end of the finacial year.

11.All property management fees charged are tax deductible.
