STEPHANIE SHEPHERDSON – HELPING GET YOU WHERE YOU WANT TO BE…HOME!
With 10 years of advertising sales, marketing and management as an employee for the West Australian Newspaper Group and, the ASX publicly listed company Aspermont - Information for Industry, Steph has honed necessary skills to assist with the purchase or sale of your home.
Empathy, energy, strategy, planning, implementation, negotiation, integrity, honesty and professionalism are just some of these qualities.
But, real estate is not where Steph limits her skill set. Being a part of the larger Ray White Family Group who are party to and in association with Loan Market, advice can also be referred for confident financial decisions about property, vehicles or any other capital investment.
“I like to think of us from Ray White North Quays as the ‘one stop shop’ for all things real estate and financial,” says Steph. “Providing my clients not only with quality services in buying and selling, but also information about what’s
happening in the market, from interest rates, days of selling for campaigns, where the best bank deals can be found and wrapping up all other services when leaving or entering a property is only a small part of the picture. With me, it’s the full service package every time.”
Being a WA girl Steph has lived in Perth for only half her life, bookended by a childhood growing up in the rural, wheat and sheep setting of Gnowangerup. Steph was then lucky enough to experience and bring her own children up in
numerous WA country locations, as their father established a career with Elders.
Now eight years back in Perth and bringing a fresh and unique country perspective into all business processes, Steph has a point of difference that many can’t replicate.
“Skills, plus personality, plus emotion equals happy clients with successful outcomes. You owe it to yourself, so please call me today.”
